Return to Flow is a transformative retreat for those ready to pause, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters.

Life can easily pull us away from ourselves. The demands of work, family, and daily responsibilities often leave us feeling depleted, overstretched, and disconnected from the very source of our energy and wellbeing. Over time, stress becomes normal, rest feels elusive, and we lose touch with the natural vitality that allows us to thrive.

Through the powerful practices of Zhineng Qi Gong, Mingjue consciousness work, mindfulness, and holistic wellness coaching, we offer a nurturing space to restore balance, replenish energy, and cultivate greater clarity, resilience, and inner peace — all set against a backdrop of breathtaking scenery, rich culture, and unforgettable cuisine.

Beyond immediate restoration, the retreat explores practical foundations for longevity: sustainable energy, emotional balance, restorative rest, meaningful self-care, and habits that support wellbeing for years to come. And along the way, we make space for joy — exploring new landscapes, savoring new flavors, and letting curiosity and wonder lead.

The Programme

What You'll Experience

Practice takes place in a studio at the resort we will be staying at — a light, open space designed for stillness and movement alike. Whenever possible, we will also practise outdoors in the resort's lush tropical gardens, with the possibility of an occasional practice or meditation at a small local temple.

Practice

Zhineng Qi Gong

Learn and practise Zhineng Qi Gong, a holistic system that combines movement, breath, awareness, and intention to cultivate qi — the body's vital life force. Through gentle yet powerful practices, you will develop greater energy, physical ease, emotional balance, and mental clarity while strengthening your capacity for long-term wellbeing.

Awareness

Mingjue Consciousness Work

Mingjue, or pure awareness, is a profound practice of observing and transforming habitual patterns of thought and emotion. Through guided exercises and collective field practice, participants experience greater inner stillness, openness, clarity, and connection.

Coaching

Wellness Coaching

Gain practical tools and insights to support positive change in everyday life. Through guided reflection and coaching conversations, you will explore what truly nourishes you and identify sustainable habits that support your wellbeing, vitality, and personal growth.

Integration

Mindfulness & Lifestyle Integration

Discover simple practices that help quiet mental noise, cultivate presence, and build resilience. We will also explore key pillars of wellbeing — including sleep, stress management, nutrition, recovery, and self-care — to support lasting vitality and healthy aging.

Discovery

New Culture & Landscapes

Beyond the practice mat, this retreat is an invitation to explore. Immerse yourself in the local culture, wander through landscapes of remarkable natural beauty, and discover the rhythms of a place far from your everyday routine.

Restoration

Rest, Reflection & Renewal

Alongside structured sessions, there will be ample time to rest, reflect, connect with nature, and simply be. The retreat is intentionally designed to create spaciousness, allowing insights and healing to emerge naturally.

The Magic of Siem Reap

Special Retreat Experiences

Part of the magic of Return to Flow is simply being here. Siem Reap is a place where ancient culture, spirituality, and everyday life exist side by side. Beyond the magnificent temples of Angkor, the surrounding countryside opens into emerald rice fields, palm trees, waterways, and small rural villages — inviting you into a gentler rhythm of life.

There is something deeply grounding about experiencing this landscape at an unhurried pace — cycling or wandering through the countryside, witnessing local life, discovering hidden corners, and allowing the beauty and simplicity of Cambodia to become part of your retreat journey.

During your free time, you will have opportunities to explore the remarkable temples and cultural treasures of Siem Reap. In addition, a few special experiences are woven into our retreat programme:
