1. Who is responsible for your data?

This website and the Return to Flow retreat offering are jointly operated by:

Annette Graf
Heubergstr. 7, 70188 Stuttgart, Germany

Maia Laitadze
7/23 Shevardenidze Street, 0162 Tbilisi, Georgia

Email: info@returntoflowretreat.com

2. Hosting

Our website is hosted using Netlify. When you visit the website, technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, date and time of access and requested resources may be processed in order to deliver, secure and operate the website. Where Netlify processes personal data on our behalf, it acts as a service provider/processor subject to the applicable contractual data-protection arrangements.

3. Retreat inquiry form

If you use the “Request a Place” form, the information you enter is transmitted through Netlify Forms and used by us to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability and, where requested, take steps toward a retreat booking. We process only the information needed for those purposes. Inquiry data is not added to our newsletter list merely because you contact us.

4. Contact by email

If you contact us at info@returntoflowretreat.com, we process your email address and the information contained in your message in order to respond to you and handle your request. Our domain email is hosted by Titan.

5. Newsletter and Brevo

For our “Stay Connected” newsletter we use Brevo. If you subscribe, your email address is sent to Brevo and added to the Return to Flow newsletter process. Subscription is based on your consent. We use a double-opt-in procedure: after submitting the form, you must confirm your email address through the confirmation email before your subscription is completed.

You may withdraw your consent at any time for the future, for example by using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

6. Cookies and analytics

At present, we do not intentionally use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable advertising/analytics tracking on this landing page. If this changes, this Privacy Policy and, where required, the consent mechanism will be updated before such services are activated.

7. Recipients and international processing

In providing the website, email and newsletter services, personal data may be processed by our technical service providers, including Netlify, Titan and Brevo. Depending on the provider and service configuration, processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate contractual or other lawful transfer safeguards are used by the relevant provider.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal retention obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent, subject to limited records that may be kept where necessary to document consent or comply with legal obligations.

9. Your rights

Subject to the conditions of applicable data-protection law, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection supervisory authority.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, providers or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
