Return to Flow retreats · 2027 · Siem Reap, Cambodia

1. Retreat organisers

The Return to Flow retreat is organised by Annette Graf, Stuttgart, Germany, and Maia Laitadze, Tbilisi, Georgia. Contact: info@returntoflowretreat.com.

2. Retreat dates and programme

The Return to Flow retreats are planned for 29 January–7 February 2027 and 3–12 December 2027 in Siem Reap, Cambodia. The programme may include Zhineng Qigong, Mingjue consciousness work, mindfulness, holistic wellness coaching and selected cultural or wellbeing experiences. Reasonable programme changes may be made where necessary due to local circumstances, weather, availability or other operational reasons.

3. Retreat fee and accommodation

The organiser retreat fee and the accommodation/meals at Navutu Dreams Resort are separate arrangements. Accommodation and the agreed hotel meal package are booked and paid directly with Navutu Dreams Resort. The retreat is not offered or sold as a combined tour or travel package by the organisers.

4. What is included

The services included in the organiser retreat fee are described on the retreat booking page/website.

The accommodation and meal package at Navutu Dreams Resort, including the services included in the stay, are also described separately on the retreat booking page/website. Accommodation and meals are booked and paid directly with Navutu Dreams Resort and are subject to the resort’s applicable terms and conditions.

Any additional services or personal expenses not expressly stated as included are not included in the respective fees.

5. Booking and Payment

A place is not confirmed merely by submitting an inquiry. A booking becomes binding only once the participant has received the applicable booking confirmation and fulfilled the stated payment and deposit requirements.

The retreat facilitation and accommodation are separate arrangements:

Retreat facilitation: A non-refundable USD 300 retreat facilitation deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. This deposit will be applied toward the total retreat facilitation fee. The remaining balance of the retreat facilitation fee is due no later than 60 days before the retreat start date. For bookings made within 60 days of the retreat start date, the full retreat facilitation fee is due at the time of booking.

Accommodation and meals: Accommodation and the agreed meal package at Navutu Dreams Resort are booked and paid for directly with Navutu Dreams Resort under a separate booking. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the accommodation booking. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future stay, subject to availability. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. The accommodation booking is subject to Navutu Dreams Resort’s own booking and cancellation terms.

Payment of the retreat facilitation deposit confirms your place in the retreat; accommodation is confirmed separately by Navutu Dreams Resort once its applicable booking and payment requirements have been fulfilled.

6. Cancellation by the Participant

Accommodation

Accommodation and the agreed meal package at Navutu Dreams Resort are booked and paid for directly with the resort and are subject to Navutu Dreams Resort’s booking and cancellation terms. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the accommodation booking. The deposit is non-refundable but may be applied as credit toward a future stay, subject to availability. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

For cancellations or modifications made 45 to 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the cancelled or modified room value will be charged. For cancellations or modifications made 14 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the cancelled or modified room value will be charged. In the event of a no-show or early departure, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.

Any cancellation or modification charge applies to the relevant cancelled or modified room value and is not an additional charge on top of the 25% deposit.

Retreat Facilitation Fee

A USD 300 retreat facilitation deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the participant and is applied toward the total retreat facilitation fee.

For cancellations made more than 60 days before the retreat start date, all retreat facilitation payments will be refunded, less the USD 300 non-refundable deposit.

For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the retreat start date, 70% of the total retreat facilitation fee will be refunded.

For cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date, 50% of the total retreat facilitation fee will be refunded.

No refund of the retreat facilitation fee will be provided in the event of a no-show or if a participant chooses to leave the retreat early.

Instead of a refund, participants may request a credit toward a future retreat organised by Maia and Annette. Any credit offered will be agreed individually and will be subject to availability and the terms of the future retreat.

If a participant is unable to attend, they may request to transfer their place to another suitable participant, subject to prior approval by the organisers. Any accommodation changes remain subject to Navutu Dreams Resort’s terms and availability.

We strongly recommend that participants take out comprehensive travel insurance, including appropriate cancellation cover, and check that their policy provides sufficient coverage for retreat fees, accommodation, flights, and other travel expenses.

7. Force Majeure

The organisers will not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or changes to the retreat where these are caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, epidemics or pandemics, significant travel or transport disruption, or other events that make it impossible or unsafe to hold the retreat.

Where a force majeure event occurs, the organisers will make reasonable efforts to offer an alternative retreat date or, where possible, provide a refund or credit for payments made directly to the organisers. Any accommodation or meal payments made directly to Navutu Dreams Resort will remain subject to the resort’s applicable terms and any special arrangements agreed with the resort for retreat participants.

The organisers will communicate with participants as soon as reasonably possible and will make reasonable efforts to minimise any financial loss or inconvenience arising from the cancellation or postponement.

8. Travel arrangements

Participants are responsible for their own flights, passports, visas/entry requirements, transfers not expressly included, travel insurance and other personal travel arrangements. We strongly recommend suitable travel and cancellation insurance.

9. Health and Participation

The retreat is intended for wellbeing, movement, awareness, and personal development and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, treatment, or professional care. Participants are responsible for determining whether the retreat and its activities are suitable for their individual physical, mental, and psychological condition and are encouraged to seek professional advice where appropriate.

Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Participants are responsible for respecting their own physical, mental, and emotional limits and should inform the organisers or facilitators, in confidence, of any relevant condition, injury, medication, or other circumstance that may affect their participation.

The organisers and facilitators do not provide medical or psychological care and are not responsible for injury, illness, emotional or psychological distress, or other adverse effects arising from participation.

10. Personal belongings and external providers

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. Services provided directly by hotels, transport providers, temples, guides or other independent third parties may be subject to those providers’ own terms and responsibilities.

11. Photos and Recordings

Participation in the retreat does not by itself constitute consent to the use of identifiable photographs, videos, or recordings for marketing or other public purposes. Any such consent will be requested separately where needed.

Participants are also expected to respect the privacy of others and should not photograph, record, or share images, videos, or recordings of other participants without their consent.

12. Confidentiality and Shared Experiences

The retreat is intended to provide a safe and respectful space for sharing and reflection. Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and to keep personal experiences, stories, feelings, and information shared during group sessions confidential.

Participants should not repeat, record, photograph, or share another participant’s personal information or experiences outside the retreat without their explicit consent. This expectation of confidentiality applies throughout and after the retreat.

While the organisers and facilitators will encourage and uphold a respectful, confidential environment, they cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants.
